

Returns of any & all merchandise, must be in new resellable condition as originally shipped to you, complete with all documentation. Return Authorization is required. Actual shipping costs are non-refundable, and we charge a restocking fee for certain items. Please read below our policies on returns & warranty.

Returns for Currie, Izip, GT, Schwinn, Mongoose, Ezip, Razor, HCF and all other Electric scooter, Gas scooters, Izip USA & Mongoose Electric Bicycles are ONLY acceptable if the product you purchased has NOT been used.
Returns for any product requires a Return Authorization (RMA), Please email us with your return request at: info@superkidsonline.com.
In order for a return authorization to be granted you must comply with all of the rules set below.
Once again, please understand we do not accept returns for USED products - All Electric scooters, Electric bikes, or scooter parts.
All Scooters, Electric Bikes received with damages from shipping do NOT constitute a return. We will ship replacement parts at no charge, in a timely manner.
All returns for Electric Scooters, Electric Bikes & Pocket Bikes which are returned will be assesed with a 20% Restocking Fee.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your product, if you intend to return your Scooter, Electric Bike, Scooter Part, etc..
All returns must be returned undamaged, in complete original packaging.
All items, including Electric Scooters & Electric Bikes which offer "Free Shipping" have a non-refundable shipping charge which is added into the item price. Therefore, if you return a product which offered free shipping or a free service, you will be refunded the original amount less the actual shipping & handling costs (& any applicable restocking fee).
Actual shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refused shipments: If a shipment is refused for any reason, the customer is responsible for the return freight charge. We will receive a return delivery charge from UPS for the refusal. Superkids Online will also charge a 20% restocking fee for any items refused(we can waive this at our discretion).
If you chose to return a product under any circumstance, please remember we do not reimburse original shipping costs, nor do we reimburse any shipping expenses you may incur when returning a product.
All returns are inspected upon delivery by an experienced tech. Your returned merchandice must comply with all Return Policy guidelines completely. Any return that does not follow our return policy correctly, may be liable for additional charges.
All Izip USA - "Ready to Ride" Electric Bikes have a $250 service included with purchase. This service prepares each bike for the user to immediate use. The fee is for assembly, tuning, testing, boxing, shipping & handling costs. This $250 service is included with your purchase, however if for any reason you decide to return your "Brand New", un-used bike, or you refuse it upon delivery, the $250 service fee will be assessed. Nintendo Wii : All Sales Final - Oct 1, 2006 : Manufacturer Warranty Information included. We DO NOT accept returns for Nintendo Wii Consoles, Wiifit, Wii Games or Wii Accessories under ANY circumstance. Due to the high demand of this product, you must be 100% certain that you want the item before purchasing it. We cannot guarantee that any order placed will be filled due to the extreme shortage of the Nintendo Wii. The only way you may cancel an order is if the item has not yet shipped.
Special Circumstance Returns: If for any reason we do decide to accept a return for a Nintendo Wii Console, Wii Bundle, Wiifit, Wii Game or Wii Accessory: All returns must comply with the following: Product must be returned Brand New, Unused, Un-damaged & we will charge a 20% restocking fee on all "RMA Accepted" returns. Sony PSP : All Sales Final - Jan 1, 2005 All Sony PSP Systems: USA & Japanese editions cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for ANY PSP system or PSP games in NEW or USED condition. Japanese PSP systems play all American Games, except for NTSC Region 1 UMD Videos. Please make sure your wants these items prior to purchasing these EXTREMELY limited items. Most of our Scooters, Electric Bikes & Ride On Toys have Warranties. They range from 30 Days to 180 Days in duration. Most Electric scooters come with a minimum of a 30 day warranty from the date of purchase. All GT, Mongoose, Schwinn, Izip & Currie scooters carry a 90 Day warranty. All Izip Electric Bikes carry a 1 Year Warranty. Defective scooters or parts must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or exchange. Replacement scooters or parts are covered by the remainder of the 3 Month or 6 Month warranty period or a 30 day extended period; depending on which period is longer. Your Warranty is effective only if the scooter is used under normal condition. Warranty does not cover normal wear & tear, or any damage or loss that is caused by improper assembly, storage or use. Once you have used your scooter, the warranty will cover your until it expires. We can & will help you if you have a warranty claim to file, however scooters cannot be returned because of a warranty claim. The whole purpose of the warranty is to get you what you need to fix any problem you may have, usually at ZERO cost to you.
