Returns & Warranty Information





Most items purchased from thesuperkids.com are easily returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Returns of any product must be in new re-sellable condition as originally shipped to you. Return authorization is required (RMA) for all returns. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, and we charge a restocking fee for certain items. All return requests must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please carefully read our policy on returns & warranty support. We appreciate your business.

  • Returns for Razor, Currie, Schwinn, Ezip, Izip & all other Electric Scooters & Electric Bicycles are acceptable if the product you purchased has not been used.
  • Returns for any product requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Please email your Return Merchandise Authorization request to: info@superkidsonline.com
  • We do not accept returns for used Electric Scooters, Electric Bicycles, Electric Scooter Parts, Electric Bike Parts & any other used product.
  • Electric Scooters, Electric Bicycles & Pocket Bikes which are returned will be assessed with a 20% Restocking Fee.
  • Electric Scooters, Electric Bikes & Pocket Bikes which offer "Free Shipping" have a non-refundable shipping fee which is added into the item price. If you decide to return a product which included free shipping, you will be refunded the original amount less the actual cost of shipping & handling (& any applicable restocking fee).
  • Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Refused shipments: If a shipment is refused for any reason, the customer is responsible for the return freight charge. As a result we will incur a return delivery charge from the shipping carrier for the refusal. We will assess a 20% restocking fee for orders which are refused.
  • If you decide to return a product, please remember we do not reimburse original shipping costs, nor do we reimburse any shipping expense you may incur when returning a product.
  • All returns are inspected upon delivery by an experienced technician. Your return must comply with all return policy guidelines. Returns that do not follow our return policy correctly, may be liable for additional charges.



  • All returns must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. Parts must be undamaged, in complete original packaging with return authorization documentation (RMA Number).

  • Refused shipments: If a shipment is refused for any reason, the customer is responsible for the freight charge incurred. Superkids Online will also charge a 20% restocking fee for any items refused(we can waive this at our discretion).
  • If you decide to return a product please be aware that we do not reimburse original shipping and handling fees, nor do we reimburse any shipping expenses you may incur when returning a product.

    Video Game Consoles, Video Games & Video Game Accessories : All Sales Final. We do not accept returns for Xbox 360 Consoles, Xbox 360 Kinect, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS, Playstation 3, PSP, Xbox 360 games or accessories. Due to the high demand of items we sell, you must be 100% certain that you want the item before purchasing it. We do understand there are certain situations that may create an exception to this rule, therefore the following requirements must be met in order to return an item. An RMA request is required. The Game or Accessory must be brand new, and un-opened. Return request MUST be received within 14 days of purchase. We will accept conditional returns, which meet our guidelines. If our return guidelines are met, a return in this situation will be assessed with a 25% restocking fee. This rule does not apply to pre-orders and early release games.

    At Superkids Online we do our best to get the game/console/accessory you ordered shipped within our posted time frame. We cannot guarantee pre-ordered items for early release will be always be met, however we always do our best get the job done. The only way you may cancel an order for one of these types of orders is if the item has not yet shipped. Your credit card or paypal account will be authorized for the amount at the time of purchase. This is not a charge. We do not bill anyone prior to shipping an order. Manufacturer Warranty information is included with all purchases.

    It is not easy to provide these types of products and services. We respectfully DO NOT accept returns for any early release title, pre-ordered games or consoles. We have a few rules in place that you agree to with your purchase. If your game does not play properly (which is extremely rare) we will replace your game, with a copy of the identical game. Please notify us with 30 days of receipt for a replacement. Please contact the Manufacturer of the item after 30 days from purchase has passed.

    Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused for any reason, the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost & return shipping fees. We also charge a 50% restocking fee for refusals.



    Nintendo Wii : All Sales Final: Manufacturer Warranty Information included. We DO NOT accept returns for Nintendo Wii Consoles, Wiifit, Wii Games or Wii Accessories under ANY circumstance. Due to the high demand of this product, you must be 100% certain that you want the item before purchasing it. We cannot guarantee that any order placed will be filled due to the extreme shortage of the Nintendo Wii. The only way you may cancel an order is if the item has not yet shipped.

    Special Circumstance Returns: If for any reason we decide to accept a return for a Nintendo Wii Console, Wii Bundle, Wiifit, Wii Game or Wii Accessory: All returns must comply with the following: Product must be returned Brand New, Unused, Un-damaged & we will charge a 20% restocking fee on all "RMA Accepted" returns. RMA required for any returns.

    Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused for any reason, the customer is responsible for 20% restocking fee, the original & return shipping and handling fees.



    Playstation 3 : All Sales Final We do not accept returns for Sony Playstation 3 Consoles, Move Bundles, Games or Accessories. Due to the high demand of this product, you must be 100% certain that you want the item before purchasing it. We cannot guarantee that any order placed for this system will be filled due to the extreme shortage of the PS3. The only way you may cancel an order is if the item has not yet shipped. Manufacturer Warranty Information included with purchase.

    Xbox 360 : All Sales Final: Manufacturer Warranty Information included. We DO NOT accept returns for Microsoft Xbox 360 Consoles, Xbox 360 Bundles, Kinect, Kinect Games, Xbox 360 Games or any Accessory. Due to the high demand of this product, you must be 100% certain that you want the item before purchasing it. We cannot guarantee that any order placed will be filled due to the extreme shortage of the Xbox 360. We always mark items when they are in stock, and hope to fill ever order we receive. We will always contact you prior to shipping. The only way you may cancel an order is: If the item has not yet shipped.

    Sony PSP : All Sales Final All Sony PSP Systems: USA & Japanese editions cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for PSP systems or PSP games. Japanese PSP systems play all American games, except for NTSC Region 1 UMD Videos. Please make sure your wants these items prior to purchasing these extremely limited items. Manufacturer Warranty Information included with system.



    Most of our Electric Scooters, Electric Bikes, Pocket Bikes, Video Game Consoles, Video Games and other items we sell have warranties. They range from 30 Days to 180 Days in duration. You may contact us directly for any warranty concerns, or you may contact the manufacture of the product..



    Most electric scooters come with a minimum of a 30 day warranty from the date of purchase. All Ezip, Izip, Currie, Schwinn & Mongoose scooters carry a 90 Day warranty. All Izip & some Ezip electric bikes carry up to a 1 Year Warranty. Defective scooters or parts must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or exchange. Replacement scooters or parts are covered by the remainder of the 3 Month or 6 Month warranty period or a 30 day extended period; depending on which period is longer. Your Warranty is effective only if the scooter is used under normal condition. Warranty does not cover normal wear & tear, or any damage or loss that is caused by improper assembly, storage or use. Once you have used your scooter, the warranty will cover your until it expires. We can & will help you if you have a warranty claim to file, however scooters cannot be returned because of a warranty claim. The whole purpose of the warranty is to get you what you need to fix any problem you may have, usually at ZERO cost to you.
