Returns & Warranty Information





Most items purchased from thesuperkids.com are easily returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Returns of any product must be in new re-sellable condition as originally shipped to you. Return authorization is required (RMA) for all returns. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, and we charge a restocking fee for certain items. All return requests must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase. Some items only have a 14 day return period. Please carefully read our policy on returns & warranty support.   • Returns for any product require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Please email your Return Merchandise Authorization request to: info@superkidsonline.com
  • We do not accept returns for used Electric Scooters, Electric Bicycles, Electric Scooter Parts, Electric Bike Parts & any other used product.
  • Electric Scooters, Electric Bicycles & Pocket Bikes which are returned will be assessed with a 20% Restocking Fee.
  • Electric Scooters & Electric Bikes which offer "Free Shipping" have a non-refundable shipping fee which is added into the item price. If you decide to return a product which included free shipping, you will be refunded the original amount less the actual cost of shipping & handling (& any applicable restocking fee).
  • Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Refused shipments: If a shipment is refused for any reason, the customer is responsible for the return freight charge. As a result we will incur a return delivery charge from the shipping carrier for the refusal. We will assess a 20% restocking fee for orders which are refused.
  • If you decide to return a product, please remember we do not reimburse original shipping costs, nor do we reimburse any shipping expense you may incur when returning a product.
  • All returns are inspected upon delivery by an experienced technician. Your return must comply with all return policy guidelines. Returns that do not follow our return policy correctly, may be liable for additional charges.



  • Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. Parts must be undamaged, in complete original packaging with return authorization documentation (RMA Number).

  • Batteries: We offer a 14 day return period for all batteries.
  • Controller & Electronics: 14 day return period.
  • All Parts which offer "Free Shipping" have a non-refundable shipping charge which is added into the item price. If you decide to return a product which included free shipping, you will be refunded the original amount less the actual cost of shipping & handling (& any applicable restocking fee).
  • Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Refused shipments: If a shipment is refused for any reason, the customer is responsible for the freight charge incurred. Superkids Online will also charge a 20% restocking fee for any items refused(we can waive this at our discretion).
  • If you decide to return a product please be aware that we do not reimburse original shipping and handling fees, nor do we reimburse any shipping expenses you may incur when returning a product.
