First, consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. Our headquarters are located in Los Angeles, California. Most orders received will ship on the same business day, however orders placed after 3:30pm pacific standard time will ship the next business day. All P.O Box orders ship via the USPS Priority. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been processed. If you have special delivery instructions, please contact us.

UPS Next Day Air Saturday Delivery (Order on Fri, Delivers on Sat)

UPS or USPS to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico 1-4 Business Days (does not include Sat or Sun)





UPS delivery takes up to 5 business days within the Continental US and is available during business days only. USPS Priority takes 1-3 business days to deliver. UPS Ground service is not available for Alaska, Puerto Rico & Hawaii (You must select Air service if you would like us to ship via UPS). We usually ship via USPS Priority Mail to these destinations if available.

International orders will ship via USPS or UPS. A shipping cost will not be applied when selecting ground to a city/country outside of the continental USA. We will email you an estimate to ship to your specific location.Please contact customer service via email for any questions regarding international shipments: info@superkidsonline.com.



Hawaii/Alaska/Puerto Rico orders ship via USPS Priority if available, or via UPS Second Day Air/Next Day Air. Additional shipping & handling charges may apply to orders shipping to AK & HI.



All orders to Canada will be shipped via UPS to Canada, or via USPS if available. Shipping costs to Canada are based on postal code. When placing an order to deliver in Canada, unless you select "UPS TO CANADA" from the drop down menu, you will not be billed for shipping. We will contact you with a ship quote based on your postal code shortly thereafter.



Be sure to write down your order number as it is the easiest way for us to locate your order should you have any questions. You will automatically be emailed a tracking number and the carrier that will be shipping your product. Your "Tracking Email" will provide a link for you to track your package easily and promptly.
